Highlights of the Week (June 25, 2021)

With the New York Mayoral primary behind us and still no winner officially declared among the Democrats, our political attention returns to the federal level. Yesterday, our elected officials had a bipartisan “breakthrough,” reaching an agreement on a nearly $1TN infrastructure deal. In addition, with the July 4th holiday just around the corner, President Biden has admitted it's unlikely we'll meet the 70% first-dose vaccine goal he previously set.
